Washington DC’s Circuit Court of Appeals overturned a lower court’s orders for Hillary Clinton to comply with a deposition regarding her email server, missing emails, and Benghazi. The justification given by one of the Justices for their ruling amounts to it was time to “consign” Hillary’s illegal activities to history. Which of course he was one of the Obama appointed judges with saying that.
