Let’s talk about clarity. Let’s talk about the definitions of words. It’s very important for anyone you’re speaking with to define their terms. Interestingly, in California, there is an actual definition for the phrase, “local health emergency”. And that means “an imminent and proximate threat of the introduction of an infectious disease.” According to the orange county health agency, they declared this local health emergency on February 25. My question to you is how long does an emergency last? Especially according to the definition we have in California… And, according to our phases in guidelines, aren’t we now in a recovery and rebuilding stage?
