It's not surprising that Supreme Court Justices have ruled against the state of Colorado. States should NOT have that kind of power to legislate over policy of federal level. It is also worth noting that the governors who do this are usually Democrats or really far leftists. It is exactly the case of California's governor Gavin Newsom. He is known to be a Tyrant.
