I am a GA Pilot in VT, I became aware of Geo-engineering in 1998, after many years of inquiries I learned that the United States Congress has been approving these operations every year without exception all they way back to the 1950s, some of the early patens go back to 1947. Most every one is familiar with the use of agent orange during the Vietnam war to kill the foliage canopy in the jungles, however most are unaware of the weather wars, from what I understand they were able to make it rain for 30 days straight to flood out the Vietnamese underground tunnel systems throughout the low lands. If you go onto geoengineering.com and search the video archives you can view several clips of Congress voting on cloud seeding programs in the 1960s. They have been spraying the skys for a very long time, maybe not to the extent they are now, but theyve had many years to experiment. [show less]
