Trump Acquitted By Senate, Plans Political Future

-Former President Donald Trump was acquitted today 57-43 by the US Senate. The Democrats had forced a last minute vote allowing witnesses to be called but then worked a deal to avoid Rupublicans calling multiple witnesses including, Nancy Pelosi, Kamala Harris, and the mayor of Washington DC.

After the verdict Pelosi said that Trump would not be censured.

Trump is now working on where his political career goes next but is said to be starting with targeting the ten Republicans who voted in the house to impeach him.
