Employees Will Have to Pay for Covid Testing Out of Pocket - Ankeny School Officer Of Legal Affairs

Despite the fact that thousands of vaccinated individuals, such as this week’s case with Lebron James have proven capable of contracting/transmitting Covid-19 and the fact that the first confirmed US case of the Omicron variant that was detected December 1st was brought to the states by a fully vaccinated individual in California, November 16, 2021 at the Ankeny, Iowa Public School Board Meeting taxpayer funded Jessica Dirks, Chief Officer of Legal Affairs and Strategic Initiatives stated that with the new OSHA regulations, employees would be forced to either provide proof of vaccination or a qualifying exemption or get tested weekly at the employee's own out of pocket expense.
