If they discharge him they will say it has nothing to do with not wearing a mask. They will have a different excuse. He has grounds right now for a lawsuit. He needs to sue them for what they are doing. Even if the lawsuit is tossed out or denied, he will have a skin on the wall and he can tell them what he will do (sue) and they are cowards and will back down. He can also complain to their licensing boards etc and cause them problems. They don't like that. There are also social media sites to rate doctors. Rate them. :)
