During a special military operation, specialists from the repair units of the West group of troops carry out timely planned and urgent repairs of wheeled and tracked vehicles that come from the front line. To do this, military personnel in one of the areas in the rear zone of the Northern Military District quickly set up a point for repairing and restoring equipment in the field.

Particular attention is paid to the issues of maintenance and repair of arms and military equipment of troops operating at a considerable distance from temporary deployment and deployment points.
Thanks to the highly qualified military personnel of the repair units, as well as modern maintenance and repair machines, restoration work of any complexity is carried out in the field.

In order to maintain the high combat effectiveness of units and ensure their continuous conduct of combat operations, first of all, the weapons that are necessary to carry out the combat mission are repaired. In the same ranks with repair specialists, tasks are performed by military personnel called up from the reserve as part of partial mobilisation, and volunteers.
