Weed junkie's selfish addiction's harmful impact on others

I'll probably just end up redoing this frame tomorrow while the weed junkie hopefully is gone. Already gave up violin practice here because of this, weight lifting suffering also, along.with so many other daily practices I do for brain exercises/neurorehabilitation, circulation and motion with my amputations and preventing atrophy from the tendon partial amputation and graft, etc. Holy shit weed junkies are so selfishly fucked up, and so are Americans for not simply getting me drug free housing, and lying to me or ruining it for me every time I try to get it on my own.
