Graduating to the Creative Level of Spirits. Spirits, who are considered Angels on earth are usually in one the of ten levels of Heaven (an arbitrary numbering system used by the spirits who communicated to the Rev. G. Vale Owen). After the tenth level, a spirit begins a fuller and greater task in the next levels of heaven – that of creation.
