Pfizer was given immunity from fraud for the Covid Vaccine that had no valid trial because it's too toxic to be approved even under emergency use.
Vaccine companies were granted total immunity from lawsuits for both safety and efficacy in 1986 with bribes.
Keep in mind, fraud nullifies any contract:

Pfizer affirms that its agreement with Washington under “Other Transaction Authority” permits Pfizer to violate clinical trial regulations and federal laws protecting the public.
In other words, Pfizer has legal authority to commit fraud that kills people.
