Yelp and Grubhub Have a Crony Backdoor Deal

In business news, a new proposed bill will be harder on monopolies...like Amazon who is trying to penalize businesses who sell cheaper to walmart...which we know uses monopolistic tactics to squeeze businesses prices too low. but fedex will not be renewing a contract. Finally, a crony deal was discovered between Yelp and Grubhub...can we just close down both companies now?
