Oleg Tsarov talks about US preparations for civil war in Ukraine, November 2013 [eng subs]

This video provides some very relevant background to Russia’s “unprovoked” attack upon Ukraine following the February 20, 2014 pogrom at Korsun, the May 2, 2014 bonfire and murder of Russian loyalists in the Odessa Trade Union Building, and the 8+ years of smoldering genocide against the Russian civilian population of the Donbass. Months before US-sponsored violence erupted in the Maidan a Ukrainian MP, Oleg Tsarov, took the floor of the Rada in November 2013 and provided details of the plot. Not only was it yet another Gene Sharp CIA “Dictatorship to Democracy” event fueled by billions of USDs lubricating and directing the civil unrest, but also Tsarov states that it was being coordinated by U.S. Ambassdor Geoffrey Pyatt out of the US Embassy.
