The idea of 'REACHING NIRVANA' with a 25 YEAR MEDITATION...LIVING IN THE FUTURE again...Then it FAILS, THE HUMAN CONDITION GETS DEPRESSED. Only LIVING IN THE NOW. Being HAPPY ON THIS MOMENT with WHAT YOU HAVE is LIFE. 'THE POWER OF NOW'.
