FRANKFORT, Ky. (WTVQ) – A former Campbell County District Judge has been charged with human trafficking, according to the Attorney General’s Office.

In addition to the human trafficking charge, 70-year old Timothy Nolan, of California, Kentucky, is also charged with first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, a Class C felony; and third-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, a Class A misdemeanor, according to the AG’s office.
