Several BitChuters uploaded this but the links I've tried are dead. I downloaded my version a few years ago probably from The Last White Man's YouTube channel which has since been deleted. Bitchuter Debess who you can subscribe to here https://www.bitchute.com/channel/5W8Qpgv76n77/ uploaded it three years ago but their link is dead. Debess included the following video description however :
