Ingo Swann was the instigation on remote viewing, a Stargate Project, Government. Swann researched the process of remote viewing at the Stanford Research Institute in experiments that caught the attention of the Central Intelligence Agency. Remote viewing is the practice of seeking impressions about a distant or unseen target, purportedly using extrasensory perception (ESP) or "sensing" with the mind. (in my estimation, we are all vibratory down to the DNA level through electrical stimuli that does broadcast and receive. As we all know, some people are born with gifts at birth, music, certain abilities come natural and their body is built to accentuate it. This is no different as studies have shown, by prayer, molecular changes happen in any substrate. Here we see not just a human exceptional antenna picking up in the mass of electrical/sound etc. frequencies, we will understand there is a co-efficient, parameters making this work. You know who that is! God is the one whop allows for his final glory but the one who takes the bait everytime, because of iniquity, satan.)

The mind, the power of thought, speech the tongue, eventually leading to this allowance. It has been a longtime coming, this so called remote viewing event.
