In this clip, we look at knife to the throat defense from the back.

If an attacker places you in this compromising position, you’re in trouble. However, there are still things you can do to get out of this dangerous situation.

First off, you need to bring your hands up and diffuse the situation. If your attacker wants something in particular like your money, jewelry, phone, it's recommended to give it up.

Using your hands that should already be up, you have the option of trapping the weapon hand and start striking your attacker. Look at the clip to see how it’s done.
