Mob War (1984) Trailer - I'm looking for this obscure & absurd no-budget gangster film

I am desperately looking for this over-the-top outrageous & absurd gangster movie, it's a mix between 'Massacre Mafia Style', 'Johnnie Dangerously' and 'Revolt' (1986)
Been looking for it for years after seeing this trailer on my VHS of "Nightmare In Blood" from home-video distributor 'Video City Productions', this movie seems so illusive and nonexistent, it's hard to even find any mention of it anywhere, up until recently IMDB didn't even have an entry for it, I was able to track down a single VHS cover and what might be a German DVD release in German language only, under the title "Gang War - Bandenkriege in New Orleans" it was filmed in New Orleans and neither the writer/director/producer Bobby Davis or any of the "actors" have been in anything else.
Taking place in 1930s, the acting is awful with lots of bloody shoot-outs with coppers,
screwing & nudity and a huge Snidely Whiplash sawmill blade that cuts a mans legs off and splatters thick karo syrup blood on the other actors.
And naturally there's a guy named 'Joey' in it, one of many wanna-be 'Godfather' movies. except this takes place in the Al Capone era.
