Committee member, John Edwards, interviews anonymous FBI agents from Minneapolis and Phoenix field offices. One of the main points of inquiry Edwards brings up is the FBI file of Zacarias Moussaoui and the importance of the FISA warrant to search Moussaoui's laptop. Agents from the Minneapolis FBI office believed Moussaoui was from a bigger terrorist network and knew the contents of his laptop was to be made a top priory. Edwards asks whether the FBI had evidence linking Moussaoui to any terrorist related activity, and was found to have links to two 9/11 hijackers. Edwards states that the data found in Moussaoui's laptop was abundantly incriminating, however because of the FBI's "bureaucracy" it was not retrieved until after the attacks of September 11th.
