The new documentary series, #AllQuietOnSet exposing #Nickelodeon toxic work enviroment and treatment of child actors has been released. It only goes to highlight why alternative media is so important. The #Jrestbreak points out a lot of these horrible instances happened because there was only one institution and people were afraid of being blacklisted from work in that one institution. With multiple alternative media avenues people can worry less about the blacklisting and go to safer and better working environments due to alternative medias promise for more transparency. Not to mention with a push toward child friendly programing not only are our children not viewing overly inappopriate content but child actors arent being put in the inappropriate situations seen in nickelodeon teen shows.
