The meme depicts the Wiki Leaks' hourglass in three different formats:
1st - an inverted (up down and down up), two shaded version plus black of the hourglass which seemingly shows a demon like figure with arms up and legs shoulder width apart.
2nd - A white shaded version of the hourglass with the Star of David (Remphan) over it. And at the center it appears to show the semblance of a head, in a side profile, with the typical caricature depiction of the evil Jew; and finally
3rd - an inverted (up down and down up), one shaded version plus black of the hourglass which seemingly shows an alien like figure with arms up and legs shoulder width apart.
I wasn't looking to unveil any embedded code in the wikileaks logo, but from the looks of it, a message(s) seems to be there.

Also, I would like to add, that I believe that eventhough there are many bad actors in the press news media, no law should ever be made to infringe on the freedom of the press. If Assange is a Mossad Asset, or CIA asset, then the appropriate laws dealing with espionage or illegal CIA operations on U.S. soil, whichever the case may be, should be applied and dealt with accordingly.
