As such, as a part of the "Agenda-21" plan for "Sustainable Living", children have been deliberately dumbed-down since the turn of the century, in order to make them accepting of Orwellian "2+2=5" nonsense fed to them by corporation-puppeteered governments and their mendacious media machines.
