Please excuse the mess in our backyard as we are doing some spring cleaning.
Just like drinking saffron tea (the video before this one) I drink Hawthorn tea regularly too.I buy it at the heath food store or at a market I can trust on the other side of town.
How I prepare Hawthorn tea:
I fill up a repurposed kombucha glass bottle with distilled water
put in one or two Hawthorn tea bags in it, I let it cold steep from 20 - 45 min or more. NO HEAT
I do NOT put any type of sweetener in it as I no longer eat processed sugar anymore (it is poison)
you could put in some cold pressed RAW honey if you wanted to. All artificial sweeteners should be avoided, I also avoid stevia as I found out it is used in South America as population control, it makes you infertile.
Health Benefits:
Hawthorn is called the ultimate heart supporting herb
Improves Cardiac Heath
Prevents Heart Failure & Chest Pain (angina)
Reduces Anxiety & Stress
Powerful Antioxidant
Helps to Eliminate Insomnia
Helps with Indigestion
Lowers Cholesterol (although high cholesterol is not bad, they lied about that too)
Heals boils, skin sores and ulcers
Remedy for itching and frostbite
Reduced sore throat symptoms
Treats intestinal infections
Aids menstrual problems
Regulates blood pressure
Reduces lactic acid

Cheers! Enjoy!
