I do not exist—and that is a fact. In this classic teaching, Shunyamurti helps us to recognize there is a belief in the illusion of an I—and all of the anxieties and fantasies that I entails. But if we just employ the practice of paying attention to the way we pay attention in meditation, there will ultimately be the realization that I Am.
