"The plot in the video is about 3 years old. Year 1, the chickens lived there. Year 2, all the extra compost, and Chicken Hay lived there Year 3 Planted Potatoes, and Tomatoes. In this video I chopped down some of the local "weeds" that grew up with my food stuffs. Once they died off, I chopped and dropped them in place. I will be adding maple leaves, and chicken hay this winter. * Chicken hay is the hay the chicken used in their cage, which you clean out when it get smell and soiled. I just add it directly to a future plot. If you have any question ask away. If you'd like to come visit I'm normally around. I'm only 15 mins from Beckley or Bluefield, and right on the other side of the mountain from Winterplace Ski Resort."
