This video has been made in collaboration with Maria at Gentlyspeaking. I have created the music, and Maria has used her guiding and soothing voice to facilitate the voice over in this meditation, for Stress Relief, Release and Peace and Rejuvenation. For this meditation to have an effect, I recommend to lay down or sit in a comfortable position and place undisturbed for 20minutes, and to set an intention for your quite time in meditation, and to use a pair of working left and right headphones, or ear buds.
