I haven't played anything Ace Combat related in a long long time and when Skies Unknown was coming to the PC, I decided to play it.
After playing for some time, I notice the "flares" on the basic control scheme which you press down both analog stick is not ideal. And you can't remap it to another buttons or Dpad.
I can understand in multiplayer your Dpad is needed but in the single player campaign, Dpad has no functions. So when you press down both analog sticks for flares, you will most likely change your camera view to cockpit by accident.
Yeah you can press down the left analog stick first then press down the right analog stick whenever you need the flares. Haven't tried advance controls yet so maybe it might be better on advance.
Graphic is great and that's on medium in the videos. Imagine going max settings. The aircraft are all awesome and I love them all.
Weapons on the other hand is kinda weird for exmaple the F22 aricraft, why can't i have QAAM as my normal missile and XSOB as my bombs?
Oh well maybe it might be unbalance to do that and it will undermine the Parts system that you equip to your aircraft.
Overall I have a lot of fun playing Ace combat 7 Skies Unknown, wish I can color my aircraft skin from the get go instead of unlock skins to use. But that's a minor issue and gripe.
