Here are a few things I have encountered in the wild that echo what I think is the central idea throughout George R.R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire. I can't repair the damage that HBO's Game of Thrones has done to the story's deeper meanings and impression upon the minds of hundreds of millions of people, but maybe this video will be helpful to anyone trying to gain access to those deeper meanings. I agree with Martin that the way the show's ending was handled was very bad for the story's legacy. Worse still is that the overall fan reaction to the ending indicates to me with frightening clarity that America and the world happen to be in dire need of the lesson this story has to offer. People simply do not want to hear it. The best story of a generation has been successfully subverted by a population that has been indoctrinated with Marxism through education and culture - myself included. I don't know what the future holds in 2021 and beyond, but this story, this author and the mentors in this video have given me the wisdom to understand what it means to say God bless America.
