That part has been reported everywhere from Reuters to Independent Media here... what I'm about to say now is 100% speculation on my part with evidence but no proof to back it up. Notice the narrative control and the use of words and terms, " infection has reached the family level... Especially since the Technocracy Plan of having people who "know what's better for us than us" based on their knowledge of Technology simply wasn't running smooth or fast enough.
