I know you guys are going to comment on the amount of background noise so here is my response: Steve is very soft spoken, we were given a quiet room to interview people in at first but then it got taken over last minute. We then had some really loud people talking near by us, especially near the end of the video, who were not conscious of our interview somehow. Sorry for that, but this story was too good not to share...
