Ever heard of Eurostar, the underwater train connecting London to Paris ?
Similar tunnels, yet much more advanced, were built all over the world, under the ground and on the bottom of the oceans. They were meant to connect the DUMBS and all continents with each other. Through these tunnels, Magnetic lavitation trains were running with speeds above 1 Mach (over 1225 km/h).
Gene Decode (retired military guy) claims multiple times in his videos that there are over 10.000 DUMBS built over the entire world, and that the governments started to build them after the 2-nd World War.. He claims that most are built at precise depts of 3, 5 or 10 km.
After president Trump was elected, a part of the US Army got training in the dark, in fighting under the ground (breaking heavy doors etc...there are videos about this on youtube)..
They started to invade DUMBS in March 2019. The purpose was to take them over from the deep state, save victims of trafficking kept in them, as well as to fight reptilians and dracos living down there. According to Gene, the tunnels connecting the continents were all flooded in 2020, to stop the movement of trafficked people.
