18 U.S.C. §1505: Obstruction of Justice Proceedings Before Departments, Agencies and Committees

The FBI confirmed that 110 Clinton Emails in 52 threads contained classified information.
December 5, 2014: Clinton handed over 30,490 emails from her private server
She withheld 31,839 of “private” emails.
