While working for the Canadian Awareness Network, Frankie Gotz and his friends head to Juravinski cancer hospital in Hamilton Ontario in 2011 to help raise awareness on alternative treatments to help beat cancer. They were handing out medical and scientific info on DVDs that had videos and documentaries explaining things like the Gerson Diet, IV of large amounts of Vitamin C, Vitamin B17, Essiac Tea, cannabis oil and more cure cancer. This was back in the day when cannabis wasn't even legal and common knowledge of it curing cancer was very low in the mass consciousness of the general public. While they stood out front of the hospital a couple people were receptive to the information but at the end one particular cancer patient gave her opinion and ripped Gotz and his crew new assholes. After this Gotz and his crew feel defeated because in their hearts they were trying to do a good thing and quickly came to realize how brainwashed some people are. This broke their hearts made them lose energy to continue their mission so they left.
