Law Of Attraction - How Can Evil Exist

A few people have asked questions about if Law Of Attraction is true how can evil exist. How can horrible things exist in the world? This is the same question I have heard people ask this same question as a means of proving there is no God. I attempt to explain this from my understanding of how Universe/Source works and how I understand the world to work. This may resonate with many, some may strongly disagree, and some may just scratch their heads and say hmmm. Hopefully this helps many understand how things can exist in such apparent disarray on the world.
