Allegations are that Police Ofc. Pomeres, Alberto Guiterrez #18221, and Ofc. Cubides covered up assault and Battery with pitbull attacks at my apartment, threatened to evict me and when i went to complain about it to Sgt Gonzales at the police station, I was arrested in retaliation.

This overview contains basicaly the Alibi and Discovery that was provided to the prosecutor when i was charged with trespasing by Sgt Gonzales in Case B20004243 at the police station.

the evidence presented here resulted in the case getting Nolle Prossed. and an unofficial verbal settlement offer on behalf of the state for no objection to my default damages claim of $300,000.00 in accordance with Fla. Stat. 768.28 Waiver of sovereign immunity in tort actions.
