There is something that moves you. Think of a You that is prior to time and space. You are Love, and you are extending forever. There is something that moves You, the identity you share with all you call other. There is something that inspires You to extend forever. Even in this world of imagination, this something that inspires the shared-You to extend forever can be in charge. It only requires your focus. As you practice focusing inward away from ego thought, it becomes easier and easier to rest in what you Are and to allow that to motivate you.
