Timeline to skip ahead:
1:25 the mission begins
6:29 BAM!!!
7:39 CJ steals a Shamal
8:58 CJ lands in a field in Montgomery, Red County
9:06 Ballas
10:44 CJ lands in Bayside Marina, and the Ballas are already there
15:01 CJ arrives back to complete the mission

During the mission Big Smoke, the Ballas will chase CJ anywhere that he goes. In this video I let them chase him across the entire state, all the way to Bayside Marina.
