🐺This Technology was mentioned in the Tartarian Video...My findings, X-Band Radar (IEEE Standard = 8 - 12Ghz) with a range of 1,200 miles...That is a HUGE amount of power for any radar...These frequencies are Ionizing (Cause Death and DNA unravelling)...This makes zero sense unless they are using it as a mobile Ray Gun...If they have multiple direction antenna arrays under that dome then they have the capability to achieve higher frequencies that can be directed to a target...That means they can direct the energy Up, Down, and all around, even causing earthquakes...Oh Fk!!!

This is really a Sea Based extension of the land based NEXRAD "Doppler Radar" towers which are actively being used to manipulate the weather and even create weather Super-cells and Hurricanes. However the MSM will not tell you that.

Instead, they "Officially Claim" that it is used for missile defense, but as you know they (governments and military alike) are always using cover stories to disguise their war tehcnologies:

Conversion of the vessel was carried out at the AmFELS yard in Brownsville, Texas; the radar mount was built and mounted on the vessel at the Kiewit yard in Ingleside, Texas. It is nominally based at Adak Island in Alaska (though, as of November 2013 has never put into port at Adak) but can roam the Pacific Ocean to detect incoming ballistic missiles.
