The Declaration of Independence and the Constitution were WRITTEN in a time of crisis. Any effort to suspend either is a call for the refreshing of them.
By Their own system politicians and "law" enforcement agents who take an oath to uphold the constitution against enemies, both foreign and domestic, and (then) break that oath, should be arrested By and For The People under Title 18, Section 241 (Conspiracy Against Rights), and, Title 18, Section 242 (Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law). It may help to some degree to know (among others) both of the Title Codes mentioned above.

Perhaps the solution is not to recognize government. Withdraw consent and consent to better. In stead of Many "protesting" saying "I consent You ruling, but, don't like what You're doing." We could say "I don't consent to Your rule, and I will do any ethical thing I please." And, standing together, consenting to better, to a foundation from which a truly free and ethical society will emerge, taken care of by the One's who care, rather than the psychopaths We see in control now...
