New research from the sorbonne Institue, Paris, France reveals that it is possible to boost creativity by modulating our sleep patterns.
Reasearchers in the Sorbonne have carried out extensive research on the various sleep stages to ascertain if its possible to boost creativty with sleep modulation and if so in what way.
The eresearchers gave volunteers a maths problem which had a secret solution if they could but find it. They then examined the difference in performance between those who remained in the waking state (Beta Consciousness), light sleep, the hynagogic stage (Beta Consciousness) and deep sleep, or complete unconsciousness (Delta Consciousness).
In this video we take a look at the resutls and they reveal a quick hack which can easily boost your creativity via sleep modulation.
