Who has found themselves trapped in a life that they don’t want, that doesn’t excite you…who is stressed or feels trapped by financial pressures that you can’t see a way out of? Have you been told this is ‘normal’ and just get on with it or think positive? As you go through each stage of what you are told success looks like - corporate job family / property ladder…. have you been programmed to believe that success means more wealth / physical possessions / followers / party invites/ ? All these lead to chronic stress - where, when you allow yourself that rare ‘quiet time’ you just know, deep down, this is not the real you, not what makes you happy - but what do you do about it? Gratitude is often the first step - as gratitude goes up the need for material possessions and external validation go down.

If you can do one thing this week, take yourself away somewhere quiet in nature and think of all the things you really LOVE and how you can incorporate more of these into your life. Its time to get off that highway to a miserable life and bring back the excitement, joy and gratitude for the new direction than can start right now….
