This brings us to yesterday's inspection on a house we put a bid on over the weekend. It was built in 1890, yes mama loves the oldies, but goodies. This poor little cottage has more issues than Lindsey Lohen. That's not a joke, y'all. Cosmetic we could handle. Major structural, no thank you. The lady who is selling knew about the patio needing repairs. She didn't know about the issues. She does now.

Keep in mind we're not discouraged. Not completely, anyway. It's just a part of the process.
