The major facets of society including the bulk of 'average 'people'' (very essential part, though unknowingly) all work together deliberately and knowingly. Many of these 'serviceman' organizations require 'initiates' to agree to oaths and make pledges in order to be accepted as official members. Some of these individuals have already been members of fraternities or sororities and have already agreed to oaths and made pledges before. Them being members of these very sororities and fraternities enable them to gain better opportunities much easier later on.
