Not only does she say this but she also compares BREAST MUTILATION with taking the SAT's! The audacity of this woman knows NO BOUNDS. She is LYING to her audience and reinforcing the idea that children should have the RIGHT (and not only the right but that their parents should have NO SAY IN THE MATTER WHATSOEVER) to mutilate themselves and change their genders because of a temporary condition (their mental state at that very moment in time.) This woman will most definitely get all that is coming to her because my Lord & Savior doesn't lie and He spelled it out in no uncertain terms in the Bible:
Matthew 18:6 - But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.
