Policy Enforcer Caught Breaking Own Policy Then Can't Handle The Truth About His Job

The other day I was in Spokane and by the county courthouse. I thought I would cruise through and make sure the ruling class representatives here were behaving themselves. As usual I noticed 2 policy enforcement vehicles parked in a fire lane. If there is an actual emergency having these cars there wouldn't allow the fire trucks in and allow them proper access to fight the fire. These "heros" don't care about that. Sometimes I honestly think they want us to just happily look the other way when they break the same rules they extort money and throw us in cages for.
