A FEW WORDS ON RELIGION

Religion is different to worship or service. Wherever the word religion appears in the scriptures, it should read worship or service depending on the equivalent word there in the manuscript. Religion goes back to binding. It has nothing to do with belief systems or faith of any sort. Nowhere does the language appropriate term for the word religion appear in the ancient Hebrew or Greek manuscripts. Consider the word nice. Many think it refers to kindness but no. The etymology of the word nice tells you that nice means not knowing. E and wicked israelites of the Roman Catholic Church threw religious and religion in there. Also, Easter appears in the KJV but when you go to the word there you find it is talking about the passover so should read passover (precept Acts 12:4). More can be said.
