Yoga is a spiritual and ascetic practise of achieving self-enlightenment with its origins rooted in Hinduism. The Lord told this lady to stop practicing yoga over ten years ago. Although she had stopped, the spirits that she inadvertently invited into her body had not yet been cast out. She was experiencing a problem with her spine and shoulders and she had bone spurs on the neck. All these were causing pain on the right side of her body. She confessed and renounced yoga and ask the Lord for forgiveness. This enabled us to cast the spirits out of her and her body was healed. Hallelujah! Glory to God!
