Joel asks him about the "carnivore diet" (meat only). Jason recommends more balanced and more green leafy vegetables to reduce your chances of over-eating. Joel's uncle no longer craves sweets. For some it may help reduce issues with allergies. It worked for a person with some type of deficiency (not sufficiency). Calories in vs calories out — be in a caloric deficit. It's a high inflammatory diet, high in protein — you can get inflammation. You can get digestive issues. Jason doesn't recommend it. Sugar is similar to drugs.
Does working out make you more limber or tight? Flexibility, mobility, range of motion, stretching.
It's the holidays: What do you do with fat loss? Plan ahead. People make bad decisions when they're split decisions. Eat a little before going to another person's house. Don't eat fast & scarf it down.
Some say they're too busy to work out. Find a way to carve out time. People say the same about prayer.
Working out to avoid aches and pains, work your back (as opposed to your front), from your neck all the way down to your calf area to repair yourself.
You have to be disciplined to get results.
Jesse asks Jason what it's like being married. He grew up in a Christian home. Jesse asks him the difference between getting married and dating. He met her at the gym years ago.
He has a holiday special giveaway – 3 sessions of video conferencing – a consultation, and constructing a program for the person. On Friday, Dec. 7th, he'll choose 3 winners.
