'Patience please', since I am not such a fan of the voice of this speaker but it is well intended (he is possibly christian but since 'it' is 'on' Hebrew Prophecy only, I find it permissible enough to add on my channel). .
"Yesayah" prophesied before the first exile (of the northern tribes, who were more idolaterous than Judah but G'd still loves them) about the physical and spiritual restoration of Land and People
Which is (also) for 'functioning' as a light to the other nations
For our Creator, one day is as 1000 years and He made 'size' which implies that He is not impressed with that which is people's understandable limited psychology which we all have to keep in mind .
He neither objectifies, de-personalizes His Creations, nor takes out of the legitimate context of their personality, especially not His Children and is interested in our nearness to Him.
One does not have to be or 'achieve' something in order to be loved by Him, rather accept your weaknesses and mistakes which everyone has, and intend to be the best 'you' you can be in a loving way (remember 'love your neighbor as you love yourself is one of the ten commandments, the more you accept yourself the more you may be able to understand and love others without automatically having to accept wrong behavior).
The ten Commandments have been given in a world full of problems,, are the first 'improvements' which come from Shamayim (Heaven), and contain more secrets than is normally understood
About war, a prophecy is that they will turn their swords into plowshares. Who 'lives by his sword'? It has been prophesied by Jacob about Esau, not about Jacob. Only Jacob has to employ force when pushed into a corner, for survival. Esau displays his 'sword' as it were as an'ornament on display in his home, which much unlike the behavior of Jacob whose behavior likens that of being a light to and civilizing the nations.
